Adventure Safari Panama sprang up from a long time desire by the owners to add a new adventure to the Pedasi area for the large increase in tourism and investment interest in the Pedasi area.

  We have catered to small groups of students who wanted day trips into Cerro Hoya and then expressed that they wish there was a way they could stay longer.....now we can do just that.

  Enjoy the flora, fauna, sealife, beaches, tropical jungles, rain forests, waterfalls and the activities that we provide on our Safari.

  Don't expect the small leaky tents that you had as a boy scout....our tents are the highest quality Kodiak Spring Bar tents we could buy and are imported from the United States. 

  No sleeping on the ground...we provide extra wide x extra long cots with cotton sheets.

  No need to worry about mosquitos or no-see-ums while your trying to sleep.  All windows and doors have no-see-um screens.

  No need to crawl on your hands and knees to enter our tents...all tents have two walk-in doors with roofs high enough for a 6-2" person to stand straight.

  We want to keep the adventure theme but still have some creature comforts for our guests at the end of an activity filled day.

 Make no mistake, we are not a tour operator who takes you for an hour to look at coffee bushes or ride in the back of a jeep across a bumpy road for an hour.....our Adventure is just that... AN ADVENTURE... that is chock-o-block full of activities and flora and fauna from sun up to sun down, where you sleep in tents surrounded by nature, where you eat in the tropical jungle where some of your food will actually come from natures graces. Where you jump from time-to-time when a Toucan cries or get goose bumps when a howler monkey howls. Ride horses on mountain trails where you may feel more at ease by dismounting and walking.

Mark hails from British Colombia, Canada and has visited the Azuero Peninsula and Cerro Hoya National Park on numerous occasions and is extremely familiar with the area and has received his instruction for Safari Guide from a Marine Corps and Viet Nam Veteran. 

Mark is also a Medic First Aid Instructor and PADI Dive Instructor.

When not on safari Mark teaches dive training at Pedasi Sports Club.
